At DigiAgent AI, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-engineered digital solutions. Because our services involve significant labor, technical resources, and third-party costs (APIs, server hosting, and specialized software), we maintain a transparent policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
A. Client-Initiated Cancellation

Before Project Commencement: You may cancel your project within 24 hours of signing the agreement or making the initial payment for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative and processing fee.

During Project Execution: If you wish to cancel a project after work has started, you must provide a written notice. In such cases, the advance deposit is non-refundable as it covers the initial consultation, research, and resource allocation.

Monthly Subscriptions (AI Maintenance/Marketing): For ongoing services, you may cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. You will be billed for the final 30-day cycle, and services will continue until the end of that period.
B. Agency-Initiated Cancellation

DigiAgent AI reserves the right to cancel any project or service immediately if:

The Client fails to provide necessary assets/information for more than 15 days.

The Client violates our Terms and Conditions.

The Client engages in illegal activities or uses our AI agents for unethical purposes.

2. Refund Policy
A. Custom Software & AI Development

Work in Progress: Payments for milestones already completed and approved are 100% non-refundable.

Final Deliverables: Once the final software, AI agent, or website is delivered and deployed on the Client’s server/domain, no refunds will be issued.
B. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Digital marketing efforts (Ads, SEO, Content Creation) involve non-recoverable costs (ad spend and labor). Therefore, payments for marketing services are non-refundable once the campaign or month has started.
C. Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to third parties (e.g., Domain Registration, Premium Hosting, OpenAI API credits, WhatsApp Business API fees) are strictly non-refundable as these are governed by the respective providers.
3. Exceptions & Special Cases

Technical Failure: If DigiAgent AI is unable to deliver the core functionality promised in the signed “Project Scope” due to technical limitations on our end, a partial refund may be negotiated based on the percentage of work completed.

Service Disruption: No refunds will be issued for service disruptions caused by external factors (ISP failures, third-party API outages, or changes in government regulations).
4. Refund Processing

Request Method: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Email Address].

Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Currency: Refunds will be processed in the original currency of payment (INR). Any fluctuations in exchange rates or bank processing fees are the responsibility of the Client.
